Danny Rukasin

Danny Rukasin is a co-founder and partner of Best Friends Music, a Los Angeles-based music management company that manages the careers of recording artists, songwriters, and music producers. A highly accomplished music manager, Rukasin is a 27-year veteran of the music industry who is focused on the long-term development of his artists and clients.
Originally from Los Angeles, Rukasin emerged as an artist himself in a major label touring act, The Hippos. Following his artist career, he graduated from USC with a BA in Psychology and returned to the music industry as a ticketing manager at AEG Live. Rukasin got his start in artist management by managing emerging acts at Drive-Thru Records, and later joined Working Group Artist Management where he spent 10 years. In 2015, Danny discovered FINNEAS and his sister, Billie Eilish, and started working together as their manager.
In 2018, Rukasin and his partner Brandon Goodman co-founded Best Friends Music, where the pair co-manage the now-global superstars, multi-GRAMMY-winning and Academy Award winning Billie Eilish and FINNEAS, along with Bishop Briggs and GRAMMY-winning mixer Rob Kinelski. Rukasin's roster also includes artists Role Model, Lexi Jayde, Mehro, Ren, songwriter / producers Eric Palmquist and The Gifted, and Maia Kelly
Beyond developing their artists' music careers, Rukasin and Goodman have helped their clients launch successful businesses, ink global brand partnership deals, and develop in the film and tv space. Rukasin executive produced Apple TV's "Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry," along with Eilish's Disney+ concert film "Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles."
