The story of Good Weather Forecast began a decade ago when three brothers, Flo (vocals), Jonny (guitar) and Dave Stielper (drums) founded the band. Soon after, Titos Hailom (guitar) and Timo Kästner (keys) were added to make the band complete. From the moment they started, there was electric. In just a few months, the quintet won the 'Rock Without Limits' newcomer award and started to tour all over Germany and Europe.
To date, Good Weather Forecast has played over 500 shows in 15 countries and on three continents, including Europe, Australia and Asia. What's fascinating is that they treat each and every show differently; every show is unique and special and a must-see event.
During the last 10 years, the sound of the band has changed and developed as their latest album Superhumans showcases that maturity and growth. The title track of the same name features an acoustic guitar and handclaps, along with a synth-filled interlude that provides suspense, which leads to huge choirs and powerful drums. The new album was inspired by the never-ending summer; the sound of the ocean, surfers looking for the perfect wave and the fresh breeze from the sea
