The Chevin frontman, Coyle Girelli released his highly anticipated debut solo album Love Kills on September 21, 2018. A sweeping cinematic, dark, lusty and soulful Americana record widely hailed as a "masterpiece" Love Kills showcases one of the greatest vocalists in modern music at the top of his game. Love Kills swims in a sound that mixes the crooning influences of Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash together with soaring melodic scores reminiscent of Ennio Morricone and a modern dark Americana edge to create something refreshingly unique.

The origin story of Girelli's debut solo album begins with a songwriting session with music legend Mac Davis, writer of iconic hits such as "In The Ghetto" and "A Little Less Conversation" for Elvis Presley. Inspiring Girelli to hole up in a studio in New York City writing and recording the album over several months in late 2017 and early 2018.

Originally from Leeds, England Girelli is now based in Brooklyn, New York City.
