Wanthanee is a 23 year old Belgian female singer-songwriter from Chinese/Thai origin.
In 2016 she won the hearts of many listeners over the radio with her first song ‘Only Shadows Remain’.
Last winter, Wanthanee travelled to the Duper Studio in Bergen, Norway, to record together with Yngve Saetre (Annie, Kings of Convenience/Erlend Oye, Sondre Lerche).
‘’As Long As We’re Breathing’’ is the first resulting single: ‘’An optimistic song’’, explains Wanthanee, ‘’written to a heartbroken – but also stubborn – friend to ease the pain’’.
Wanthanee is currently working on her debut-album, scheduled to be released in the near future. In the meantime she tours around the globe, performing in Europe, Asia & North-America.
