Sr. VP, Head of Marketing & Services, ADA

Sam Juneman is a trailblazing music executive who's been instrumental in innovative marketing, partnership, content, and streaming strategies for some of the biggest brands and artists in the world. She's currently the SVP, Head of Marketing and Services at Warner Music Group's Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA) where she spearheads their artist services, marketing, and commercial strategy departments along with overseeing its audience development and catalog optimization efforts. The Los Angeles native has been recognized as a Billboard Indie Power Player and 40 Under 40 honoree. Before joining ADA, Sam spent over a decade at Universal Music Group (UMG) quickly climbing the corporate ladder through managing their international sales and product strategy, running critical relationships with digital and streaming partners across the entire company, and ultimately becoming the go-to for global editorial playlisting and curation as VP of Music Strategy & Tactics. She was pivotal in developing data driven insights while cultivating key concepts and executing creative partnerships for artists such as Taylor Swift, Halsey, Justin Bieber, and Big Sean. On top of her extensive career in music, Sam has facilitated community management and digital marketing campaigns for prominent brands including Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures, Cheesecake Factory, IHOP, and more. Beyond her day-to-day role, Sam serves as a Junior Board Member at the Music Business Association and as a Music Management Advisory Board Member at her alma mater, University of the Pacific. She also holds a Masters of Communication degree in Digital Leadership from the University of Washington.
