Martin Kierszenbaum

President A&R (Pop/Rock), Interscope/President International, Interscope Geffen A&M Chairman, Cherrytree Records

Since starting up Interscope Geffen A&M's International division in 1998, Martin Kierszenbaum has been instrumental in establishing the international careers of such diverse acts as Eminem, Gwen Stefani and Black Eyed Peas. He added A&R to his duties in 2001, signing the multi-Platinum act T.A.T.U., for whom he also wrote and produced. In 2003 he inked Britain's Keane (a joint venture between Interscope and Island UK), who went on to sell five million copies of their debut. Martin started the IGA imprint Cherrytree Records in 2005, where he's amassed a roster that includes such buzz bands as Feist, La Roux, Tokio Hotel and Lady Gaga, for whom he co-wrote and produced four songs from her Grammy-winning The Fame album.

Most recently, Martin has been working with his multi-media social networking site, for which he has been writing and producing original content including the live performance program "The Cherrytree House," "Cherrytree TV," "Transmission Gagavision" and, on which he hosts "The Morning Orchard" talk/music show program. Most recently, Martin arranged the acoustic version of Natalia Kill's new single "Mirrors," which he co-wrote and co-produced with Akon while also accompanying Kills on the piano at The Cherrytree House.
